Role Description The Electrical Maintenance Specialist role at All is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The specialist will perform routine and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment, including inspections, testing, repairs, and replacements to ensure safe and reliable operation. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing electrical issues, conducting root-cause analysis, performing electrical troubleshooting on machinery and building systems, and documenting all maintenance activities. The role also involves implementing and following preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating with other technical teams, and supporting upgrades or modifications to electrical systems. The Electrical Maintenance Specialist will follow safety procedures and regulatory standards, participate in shift or on-call rotations as needed, and provide technical input to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Qualifications

Strong practical experience in Electrical Maintenance, including routine, corrective, and emergency work on industrial or facility electrical systems. Solid understanding of Electricity principles and safe work practices, including reading electrical drawings and applying relevant codes and standards. Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Electrical Troubleshooting for motors, panels, control systems, and power distribution equipment. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute Preventive Maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a closely related field. Experience working with tools, testing instruments, and maintenance management systems (CMMS) in an industrial, commercial, or facilities environment. Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Good communication skills in English; willingness to work shifts, overtime, or on-call as operational needs require. Professional certifications in electrical maintenance or safety (e.g., electrical license, HV/LV authorization, safety training) are an advantage.
