Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and account information.
  • Verify data against source documents and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
  • Review customer records and documentation for completeness and compliance.
  • Retrieve and process information as required to support customer service operations.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and service quality.
  • Achieve performance targets, including processing a minimum of 250 transactions within established service standards.
