- Develop and negotiate contracts that align with project specifications and organizational goals, ensuring all terms are clear and enforceable.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for contracts and identify potential challenges, offering strategic solutions to mitigate risks effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and finance, to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, conducting audits and generating reports to track deliverables and milestones.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, law, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus for advanced understanding.
- At least 5 years of experience in contract management within engineering or construction industries, showcasing a solid track record of successful negotiations.
- Proficiency in contract law and regulations, with relevant certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and identify key implications for the organization.
