Roles & Responsibilities

• As a Real Estate Agent at Keystone One Properties, you will manage client relationships, source and list properties, conduct viewings, and close deals across Ajman and the UAE. You will be supported by an active marketing team and a strong digital presence to help you build your pipeline.

  Responsibilities

  • Source new property listings and build a strong client portfolio

  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads and clients

  • List and market properties across digital platforms

  • Stay up to date with UAE real estate market trends and regulations

  • Coordinate with the admin team on documentation and Ejari/tenancy contract processes

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE (preferred)

• Valid UAE residency visa

• RERA certification is an advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with a proven ability to close deals

• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
