Roles & Responsibilities

• Safely operate manual transmission vehicles to transport personnel, materials, and equipment.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.

• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition.

• Ensure timely collection and delivery of materials and documents.

• Load and unload materials safely when required.

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.

• Maintain daily trip logs, fuel records, and vehicle maintenance records.

• Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.

• Immediately report accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle breakdowns to the supervisor.

• Assist with other company duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Driver (Manual Transmission) to safely transport personnel, materials, and equipment to and from project sites and company locations. The ideal candidate must have experience driving manual (normal gear) vehicles, possess a valid driving license, and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism. Experience working with a construction company is an advantage.

• Familiarity with transporting construction materials and equipment.

• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety.

• Valid driving license for manual (normal gear) vehicles.

• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.

• Experience driving pickups, vans, or light commercial vehicles is preferred.

• Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices.

• Physically fit and willing to assist with loading and unloading materials when required.

• Ability to maintain accurate trip and vehicle records.
