Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the production and installation of joinery projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate daily activities on-site, managing tradespeople and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and to identify any potential issues before they escalate.
- Facilitate communication between clients, architects, and the project team to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A diploma or degree in carpentry, joinery, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in joinery or carpentry supervision, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Certifications in occupational health and safety, as well as first aid training, are highly desirable.
- Experience in commercial and residential joinery projects, showcasing versatility across different sectors.
