سيكون مدير المشروع مسؤولاً عن القيادة العامة والإدارة والتسليم الناجح لمشروع بناء عالي الارتفاع للغاية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. يتضمن هذا الدور الرفيع الإشراف على جميع مراحل المشروع، بما في ذلك التخطيط والتنفيذ والمراقبة والإغلاق، مع ضمان التوافق مع رؤية العميل والميزانية والجدول الزمني ومعايير الجودة والمتطلبات التنظيمية. سيقود مدير المشروع ويُنسِّق فرق متعددة وأصحاب مصلحة ومقاولين ومستشارين، مع ضمان تقدم المشروع بكفاءة وتحقيق أهدافه الاستراتيجية.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Project Director will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and successful delivery of a super high-rise construction project in the UAE. This senior role involves overseeing all phases of the project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, while ensuring alignment with the client's vision, budget, timeline, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The Project Director will lead and coordinate multiple teams, stakeholders, contractors, and consultants, ensuring the project progresses efficiently and meets its strategic objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor of Engineering with 20+ years of experience in Contracting in overall leadership, management, and successful delivery of a super high-rise construction project in the UAE.
