Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and wireless access points.

• Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and internet connectivity issues.

• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and shared resources.

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

• Install, configure, and support VoIP systems, CCTV systems, and other communication infrastructure.

• Perform routine system monitoring, software updates, patch management, and data backups.

• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and network diagrams.

• Support and troubleshoot operational systems, including laundry machine IT interfaces where applicable.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, maintenance, and technical support.

• Provide onsite IT support across Head Office, accommodation camps, and project sites.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in Network Administration, System Administration, or IT Support.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and wireless networking.

• Experience with firewalls, VoIP systems, CCTV systems, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of network security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• UAE driving license preferred (or mandatory if required by your company).

• Willingness to travel to company offices, camps, and project sites across the UAE.
