وصف الوظيفة
- أداء صيانة وقائية روتينية وإصلاحات في مرافق ومعدات الفندق.
- الرد على طلبات صيانة غرف النزلاء بسرعة وكفاءة.
- استكشاف وإصلاح مشاكل كهربائية أساسية، سباكة، تكييف، نجارة، ودهانات.
- إجراء فحوصات منتظمة لغرف النزلاء والمناطق العامة ومرافق خلف الكواليس.
- ضمان اكتمال جميع أعمال الصيانة وفقاً لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والفندق.
- الاستجابة لطلبات الصيانة الطارئة حسب الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على أدوات ومعدات ومساحات عمل نظيفة وآمنة.
- الإبلاغ عن الإصلاحات الكبرى أو فشل المعدات إلى مشرف الهندسة.
- دعم مبادرات حفظ الطاقة والحفاظ على سجلات صيانة دقيقة.
المؤهلات
- دبلوم أو شهادة في الميكانيكا أو الكهرباء أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 1–2 سنوات كفني عام، ويفضل في فندق أو بيئة ضيافة.
- معرفة بالكهرباء، والسباكة، وتكييف الهواء، والنجارة، وصيانة المباني العامة.
- مهارات جيدة في استكشاف الأخطاء وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
- الاستعداد للعمل بنظام الورديات المرنة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات العامة.

Job Description
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment.
- Attend to guest room maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed in accordance with health, safety, and hotel standards.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Report major repairs or equipment failures to the Engineering Supervisor.
- Support energy conservation initiatives and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a General Technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
