WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Building Supervision team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects by assisting with cost control, contract administration, valuations, and reporting activities.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and value construction works for payment certification.
- Review contractor applications for payment.
- Assist in evaluating variations and contractual claims.
- Prepare cost reports and commercial summaries.
- Maintain records of site instructions, variation orders, and commercial correspondence.
- Support the preparation of final accounts.
- Review Bills of Quantities and contract documentation.
- Participate in site inspections and commercial meetings.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Assist senior commercial staff with contract administration duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience on building construction supervision or consultancy projects.
- Working knowledge of FIDIC contracts and standard forms of contract.
- Experience with measurements, valuations, and cost reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commercial management software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisation skills.
- UAE or GCC experience is highly desirable.

تبحث WSP في الشرق الأوسط عن موظف مخضرم Quantity Surveyor للانضمام إلى فريق مراقبة الإنشاءات في دبي. سيدعم المرشح الناجح الإدارة التجارية للمشروعات من خلال المساعدة في مراقبة التكاليف، وإدارة العقود، والتقييمات، وأنشطة التقارير.
Responsibilities:
- قياس وتقييم أعمال البناء للحصول على شهادة الدفع.
- مراجعة طلبات الدفع المقدمة من المقاول.
- المساعدة في تقييم التغييرات والمطالبات التعاقدية.
- إعداد تقارير التكلفة والملخصات التجارية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات تعليمات الموقع، أوامر التغيير، والمراسلات التجارية.
- دعم إعداد الحسابات النهائية.
- مراجعة جداول الكميات ووثائق العقد.
- المشاركة في فحص المواقع والاجتماعات التجارية.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وممثلي العميل.
- مساعدة كبار موظفي القسم التجاري في مهام إدارة العقد.
Qualifications:
- درجة البكالوريوس في مسح الكميات، الإدارة التجارية، أو الهندسة المدنية.
- 7–10 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في الإشراف على مشاريع البناء أو مشاريع الاستشارات.
- معرفة عملية بعقود FIDIC ونماذج العقود القياسية.
- خبرة بالقياسات والتقييمات وتقرير التكاليف.
- إتقان Microsoft Excel وبرامج الإدارة التجارية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية، اتصال وتنظيم.
- الخبرة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة أو مجلس التعاون الخليجي مرغوبة للغاية.
