Role Description This full-time remote HR Business Partner role at RR Soluções Transporte & Logística focuses on supporting leaders and teams across the organization with strategic and operational HR guidance. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with management to understand workforce needs, develop people strategies, and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on HR policies, handling employee relations issues, supporting performance management cycles, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also involves partnering with leadership on organizational changes, engaging in talent development and retention initiatives, and using HR data to recommend improvements. This position requires regular virtual meetings, proactive communication with stakeholders, and close coordination with other HR functions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with the ability to interpret and apply them in a business context. Experience managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and building a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliance in all HR practices and supporting risk management for the organization. Proficiency in Performance Management, including goal-setting processes, feedback frameworks, and evaluation systems. Excellent communication, consultation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and support leaders remotely. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion. Experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
