Roles & Responsibilities
Operate the weighbridge system for incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Record and verify vehicle weights, materials, and dispatch documentation.
Prepare weighbridge slips, delivery notes, and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, production, and security teams for smooth vehicle movement.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Report any discrepancies in weight, documentation, or vehicle details.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or operations management are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Technical proficiency in weighbridge software and equipment, with a strong understanding of weight measurement principles.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills can be advantageous in diverse work environments.
