We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Runner to join our team and support the housekeeping department in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Support Housekeeping Attendants and the team by delivering guest amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies to assigned areas. Ensure timely delivery of guest requests and maintain excellent service standards. Assist with the preparation and replenishment of housekeeping trolleys and supplies. Collect and transport linen, guest laundry, and other housekeeping-related items as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and service corridors. Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or guest concerns to the supervisor. Follow hotel policies, health and safety standards, and hygiene procedures at all times. Provide professional and friendly support to guests and team members etc.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping or hospitality environment is preferred. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and willingness to support daily operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
