Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise all electrical maintenance activities during the assigned shift.

• Lead a team of electrical technicians to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

• Attend electrical breakdowns and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Monitor and maintain electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, and control panels.

• Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and company standards.

• Prepare shift reports and maintain maintenance records.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor / Shift In-Charge in a steel manufacturing or steel rolling mill.

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is acceptable.

• Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, motors, transformers, electrical troubleshooting, and industrial automation.

• Proven experience in leading maintenance teams during shift operations.

• Age Limit: Up to 40 years.

• Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferred.

Open to candidates from Nepal, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Jordan, Vietnam, Indonesia, or African countries. (Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Egyptian nationals are not being considered for this position.)
