Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe and efficient erection of heavy industrial equipment, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement detailed erection plans, including method statements, risk assessments, and lifting plans.
• Manage and coordinate all site activities related to equipment installation, including civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality standards throughout the erection process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in the erection of heavy industrial equipment, specifically in sectors like power, oil & gas, or manufacturing.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale erection projects from inception to completion.

• Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP, NEBOSH, or equivalent is highly advantageous.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore

✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred

✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable

❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Age Criteria:

• Maximum age limit is 49 years

• For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience

Managerial and SR. Positions:

• A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
