Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of marble processing machinery, including saws, polishers, and CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all factory equipment, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and address potential issues before they cause breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of processing equipment, quickly diagnosing faults and executing effective solutions to restore functionality.
• Manage spare parts inventory for critical machinery, ensuring availability of essential components and optimizing stock levels to support maintenance operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Holds relevant certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or specific machinery operation (e.g., PLC programming).
• Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in stone or marble processing.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical control systems common in marble factories.
