About the Role
To provide competitive engineering proposals, design calculations, and specialized geotechnical and marine solutions.
Responsibilities
Prepare specialized engineering bids for marine works, ground improvement works, piling, shoring & dewatering works etc. Develop engineering submittals, including but not limited to method statements, Risk assessments, ITP’s, Checklists, material submittals for the project specific scope of works. Engineering Design: Perform stability analysis and design for Piling & Shoring, Soil Improvement schemes, Marine works, rehabilitation works etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil or Geotechnical Engineering5 years in a design/tendering role for a specialized contractor Specialized knowledge in Soil Improvement, and Piling/Shoring design
Required Skills
Analytical: Expert in PLAXIS 2D/3D, GEO5 or similar Commercial: Proficiency in quantity take-offs and cost estimation for specialized materials Drafting: Advanced Auto CAD skills
