الأدوار والمسؤوليات
2.1 يعالج أخصائيو العلاج الطبيعي المرضى الذين يعانون من صعوبات جسدية نتيجة المرض أو الإصابة أو الإعاقة أو الشيخوخة. يعالجون الأشخاص من جميع الأعمار بما في ذلك الأطفال، وكبار السن، مرضى السكتة الدماغية والأشخاص المصابين بإصابات رياضية.
2.2 يعمل أخصائيو العلاج الطبيعي مع المرضى لتحديد وتحسين حركتهم ووظائفهم. يساعدون في تعزيز صحة ورفاهية مرضاهم، ويُساعِدون في عملية التأهيل من خلال تطوير واستعادة أنظمة الجسم، خصوصاً الأنظمة العصبية العضلية، العضلية الهيكلية، القلبية الوعائية والتنفسية. يصوغون ويراجعون برامج العلاج، التي تتكون من العلاج اليدوي، الحركة، التمرين العلاجي وتطبيق المعدات التقنية مثل الموجات فوق الصوتية. كما يقدِّم أخصائيو العلاج الطبيعي نصائح حول كيفية تجنب الإصابة.
المسؤوليات
القيام بالواجبات وفقاً لفلسفة NMCRH-KC وممارساتها وسياسات المؤسسة، والعمل ضمن معايير وأخلاقيات مهنة العلاج الطبيعي. الأنشطة العملية النموذجية تشمل:
العمل مع المرضى لتحديد المشكلة البدنية.
تطوير ومراجعة برامج العلاج.
مساعدة المرضى في مشاكل المفاصل والعمود الفقري، خاصة بعد الجراحة.
مساعدة في تأهيل المرضى بعد الحوادث والإصابات والسكتات الدماغية.
الإشراف على مساعدين في العلاج الطبيعي.
كتابة ملاحظات وحالة المرضى وتقارير.
جمع إحصاءات المرضى.
تثقيف المرضى ومساعدتهم وعائلتهم حول كيفية الوقاية من الحالات وتحسينها؛
العمل كعضو محترف ضمن فريق إعادة التأهيل متعدد التخصصات والمشاركة بنشاط في الاجتماعات الفريقية.
التواصل الفعّال مع أعضاء الموظفين والمتخصصين الصحيين والعملاء وأسرهم فيما يتعلق بتقديم خدمات العلاج الطبيعي.
الإشراف وتدريب مساعدين العلاج الطبيعي.
المساهمة في والمشاركة في برامج التعليم للسكان والأقارب والموظفين في NMCRH-KC.
المشاركة في التعليم المستمر والدورات التي تُحدّث تقنيات ومعلومات العلاج الطبيعي.
ضمان صيانة معدات العلاج الطبيعي بشكل مناسب والتنسيق مع مدير القسم لطلب المستلزمات والمعدات.
ضمان أن تكون علاجات العلاج الطبيعي مبنية على دليل واضح للفائدة.
ضمان تسجيل وجمع جميع الحوادث الطبية غير المرغوبة والإبلاغ عنها.
الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة.
المساعدة في الصيانة المستمرة لمكان عمل آمن من خلال المشاركة في تنفيذ أنظمة عمل آمنة

المشاركة في نظام إدارة الجودة NMCRH-KC والالتزام بعمليات أنشطة التحسين المستمرة، بما في ذلك التدقيقات والاستطلاعات وتحليل الاحتياجات.

العمل وفق الإجراءات والتعليمات الموثقة للسلامة والصحة المهنية، والمسؤوليات المحددة.
الإلمام بإجراءات الطوارئ والإخلاء.
إبلاغ عن مخاطر الصحة والسلامة والوقائع والحوادث القريبة والمشكلات والمساعدة في إعداد تقييمات المخاطر وتقارير الحوادث
الالتزام بإجراءات وسياسات إدارة النفايات.
حضور برامج تدريب الصحة والسلامة المهنية/مكافحة العدوى المعمول بها، وتدريبات محاكاة وبرامج توعية.
استخدام المعدات الواقية الشخصية المناسبة وأنظمة السلامة.
الملف الشخصي المرغوب للمرشح
رخصة DOH/DHA/MOH كمُعالج طبيعي.
درجة البكالوريوس/الماجستير من كلية أو جامعة معتمدة في العلاج الطبيعي.
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في الطب الفيزيائي.
رخصة حالية في بلد المنشأ مع رخصة HAAD لممارسة الطب في إمارة أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية المنطوقة والمكتوبة. العربية ميزة/ مرغوبة ولكن ليست ضرورية.
القدرة على العمل في ظروف ودية ضمن ممارسة جماعية في مستشفى وأن تكون عضوًا في فريق.
معرفة بنطاق وأنواع الخدمات المتاحة لكبار السن/ذوي الإعاقة.
القدرة على العمل بإشراف محدود.
القدرة على مراجعة الإجراءات وتنفيذ نماذج جديدة من تقديم الخدمات لتلبية متطلبات العميل والمؤسسة.
إلتزام واضح بجودة النتائج والقدرة على استشارة الموظفين بشأن التحسين المستمر.
مهارات حاسوبية قوية بما في ذلك معرفة Microsoft Word وExcel.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
2.1 Physiotherapists treat patients with physical difficulties resulting from illness, injury, disability or ageing. They treat people of all ages including children, the elderly, stroke patients and people with sports injuries.
2.2 Physiotherapists work with patients to identify and improve their movement and function. They help promote their patients' health and wellbeing, and assist the rehabilitation process by developing and restoring body systems, in particular the neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory systems. They devise and review treatment programs, comprising manual therapy, movement, therapeutical exercise and the application of technological equipment, e.g. ultrasound. Physiotherapists also provide advice on how to avoid injury.
Responsibilities
Undertake duties in accordance with the philosophy, business practices and policies of NMCRH-KC, and practicing within the standards and ethics of the Physiotherapy profession Typical work activities include:
Working with patients to identify the physical problem.
Developing and reviewing treatment programs.
Assisting patients with joint and spinal problems, especially following surgery.
Helping patients' rehabilitation following accidents, injury and strokes.
Supervising physiotherapy assistants.
Writing patient case notes and reports.
Collecting patient statistics.
Educating and advising patients and their care about how to prevent and/or improve conditions;
Working as a professional member of a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team and actively participating in team meetings.
Effectively communicating with staff members, health professionals, clients and family with regards to provision of physiotherapy services.
Supervising and instructing Physiotherapy Aides.
Contributing to, and participating in, education programs for residents, relatives and staff of NMCRH-KC.
Participating in continuing education and courses updating Physiotherapy techniques and information.
Ensuring Physiotherapy equipment is adequately maintained and liaising with the HOD for the ordering of supplies and equipment.
Ensuring Physiotherapy treatments are based on sound evidence of benefit.
Ensuring all adverse clinical events are recorded and reported.
Maintaining a safe work environment.
Assisting in the on-going maintenance of a safe work place through involvement in the implementation of safe systems of work
Identifying and reporting hazards in the workplace.
Participating in NMCRH-KC Quality Management System and commitment to processes of continuous improvement activities, including auditing, surveys and needs analysis.
Other duties as directed by the HOD or the Medical Director.
Comply with all OSH and infection control policies, standards and procedures and cooperate with hospital management to comply those requirements.
Work accordance with the documented OSH procedures and instructions, specific responsibilities.
Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
Notifying OSH Hazards, incidents, Near misses and issues and assistance with the preparation of risk assessments, incident reports
Comply with Waste management procedures and policies.
Attend applicable OSH/Infection control training programs, mock drills and awareness programs.
Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
DOH/DHA/MOH License as Physiotherapist.
Bachelors/ Master's Degree from an approved College or University in Physiotherapy.
Minimum 4 years’ experience of practice in Physical Medicine.
Current license in country of origin with HAAD license to practice in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.
Excellent command of oral and written English. Arabic language advantageous/desirable but not essential.
Ability to work in cordial conditions in group practice in a hospital set up and as a member of a team.
Knowledge of the range and type of services available for aged/disabled person.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to review procedures and implement new models of service delivery to satisfy client and organizational requirements.
Demonstrated commitment to quality outcomes and ability to consult with staff regarding continuous improvement.
Sound computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
