Roles & Responsibilities

• Review project mobilization plans, technical scope, and procedures to ensure smooth execution of offshore construction activities.

• Coordinate construction readiness by ensuring availability of equipment, construction aids, materials, consumables, and manpower resources.

• Plan and monitor daily construction activities to ensure timely completion in line with project schedules and technical requirements.

• Allocate tasks to foremen and supervise work progress, quality, and compliance with approved procedures.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve technical and execution issues.

• Prepare daily progress reports, field engineer reports, and monitor offshore installation activities.

• Identify potential delays or risks and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.

• Ensure proper management of as-built documentation and coordination with engineering teams.

• Support project completion activities, including site certification, close-out documentation, and lessons learned.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, integrity requirements, and project objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

• 7–10 years of experience in offshore construction operations.

• Good command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.

• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive and committed approach.

• Willingness to work both offshore and onshore locations.

• Good knowledge of offshore personnel, equipment, and construction activities.

• Thorough understanding of offshore operations, procedures, and industry practices.
