Roles & Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Promote and sell smartphones, accessories, and consumer electronics products.

    • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.

    • Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales.

    • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store performance.

    • Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

    • Ensure products are displayed according to merchandising standards.

    • Monitor stock availability and report shortages when required.

    • Support in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing activities.

    • Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activities, and market trends.

    • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in retail sales, consumer electronics, or mobile devices.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Good product presentation and selling skills.

  • Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and technology products.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Must possess a clean background record and be able to pass any required background verification checks.

  • Clean employment and personal record with no history of illegal, criminal, or fraudulent activities.
