Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Assistant Manager – Functional Consultant (HR): Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting HR systems such as PeopleStrong or SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring HR processes are aligned with business and system requirements.

  2. Assistant Manager – Technical Consultant (HR): Responsible for managing technical configuration, integrations, and system support for HR platforms like PeopleStrong or SAP SuccessFactors to ensure seamless system performance and data flow.

  3. Assistant Manager – Functional Consultant (Procurement): Oversees implementation and optimization of procurement systems such as Xpedeon or SAP Ariba, ensuring procurement workflows and processes align with operational requirements.

  4. Assistant Manager – Functional Consultant (Finance): Responsible for configuring and supporting finance modules in systems like Xpedeon or SAP, ensuring financial processes, reporting, and controls operate efficiently within the ERP environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.

  • Professional certifications related to ERP/HRIS/Finance systems will be an added advantage.


Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in ERP/HRIS systems implementation, configuration, or support.

  • Hands-on experience with systems such as PeopleStrong, SAP SuccessFactors, Xpedeon, SAP, or SAP Ariba depending on the functional area.

  • Strong understanding of respective business processes (HR, Procurement, or Finance).

  • Experience in system configuration, process improvement, and user support.

  • Ability to coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors for system implementation and enhancements.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
