Job Title: Homeroom Teacher (FS3/Year 3 Primary Teacher – British Curriculum– Native English Speaker)

• Monday – Friday
  
• 7:15 AM – 3:15 PM
  

• Deliver high-quality Year 3 lessons.
  
• Differentiate learning to meet student needs.
  
• Monitor progress and prepare assessments.
  
• Maintain excellent classroom management.
  
• Work collaboratively with parents and colleagues.
  
• Support students' academic and personal development.
  
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
  
• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the FS3 British curriculum.
  
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
  
• Foster strong communication and partnerships with parents and the school community.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
  
• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality FS3 lessons in accordance with the British Curriculum.
  
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
  
• Support children's academic, emotional, social, physical, and creative development.
  
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress, maintaining accurate learning records.
  
• Differentiate learning activities to meet individual developmental needs.
  
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, communication, and independent thinking.
  
• Establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  
• Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour strategies.
  
• Participate in school events, meetings, parent consultations, and professional development activities.
  
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, child protection, health, and safety policies.

• B.Ed. or Bachelor's Degree with PGCE/PGDE
  

• Minimum 2 years teaching the British Curriculum preferred.
  
• UAE experience not essential.
  

• (QTS) teaching licence or Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent (Mandatory).
  
• Male and female candidates welcome.
  
• Preferred age up to late 40s.
  

Gross Monthly Salary: AED 11,000 – AED 13,000

Salary includes:

• Basic Salary: AED 6,000
