Roles & Responsibilities
Measure, cut, assemble, and install kitchen cabinets and related woodwork
Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
Install cabinet hardware, doors, drawers, and trim with precision
Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail
Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely
Communicate effectively with supervisors, designers, and clients
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform on-site adjustments and troubleshooting as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Carpenter, specifically with kitchen cabinets
Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
Proficient with hand and power tools
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Physical ability to lift materials and work on-site
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with custom cabinetry or high-end kitchens
Experience with installations in residential or commercial projects
Knowledge of finishes, laminates, and hardware systems
