نحن نبحث عن تنفيذي مدفوعات للموردين شديد الانتباه للتفاصيل لينضم إلى فريقنا بدوام كامل ومقره في رأس الخيمة، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن معالجة فواتير الموردين، والتحقق من بيان Vendor statements، وإعداد دفعات الدفع، والحفاظ على سجلات مدفوعات الموردين بدقة، والتنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية والبائعين لحل أي اختلافات. تشمل الواجبات الأخرى دعم الإغلاق الشهري، وتتبع النفقات، وضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة المالية.
المرشح المرغوب فيه
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو التجارة أو مجال ذي صلة مطلوبة. يفضل وجود 1-3 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في مدفوعات الموردين. مطلوب دقة في التفاصيل، ومهارات تواصل جيدة، وإلمام ببرنامج MS Excel وبرامج المحاسبة. يُفضل وجود مرشحين فلبينيين لهذا الدور. نطاق الراتب: 1,800 إلى 2,500 درهم إماراتي شهرياً، يعتمد على الخبرة والمؤهلات.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, verifying and reconciling vendor statements, preparing payment runs, maintaining accurate accounts payable records, and coordinating with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies. Other duties include monthly closing support, expense tracking, and ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field is required. 1-3 years of relevant accounts payable experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software are required. Filipino candidates are preferred for this role. Salary range: AED 1,800 - 2,500 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
