???? Key Requirements
Candidates should ideally possess: ( Contact Centre or Customer Service Experience is Must )
Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience in handling customer queries through calls, chats, or emails. Ability to cross-sell banking products and achieve sales targets. Knowledge of banking products, processes, and customer servicing. Strong complaint handling and customer resolution skills. Understanding of compliance, security, and fraud prevention requirements. Ability to accurately document customer interactions and maintain service quality standards.
