Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Telesales Executive who can confidently handle inbound and outbound calls and help achieve sales targets. We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable products or services. The role also involves identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience.

1. Contact existing and potential customers to introduce and promote company products and services

2. Understand customer requirements and guide them toward suitable solutions

3. Accurately record customer orders and ensure timely processing

4. Generate quality leads and coordinate with the sales team when required

5. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

6. Follow up with customers regularly and provide professional support over calls

7. Use company sales guidelines and communication scripts effectively while handling objections confidently

8. Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification- High School/ Bachelor

Experience- 1- 3

Excellence Communication Skill
