Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily hard and soft FM operations across company facilities, including buildings, warehouses, offices, and external areas.
Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems, plant rooms, equipment, and facility areas to identify maintenance requirements.
Monitor asset performance and ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Supervise FM technicians, cleaners, security personnel, and service providers.
Prepare work schedules, manpower allocation, and daily task planning.
Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and according to company standards.
Manage maintenance records, work orders, asset history, and CMMS updates.
Coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical requirements.
Ensure compliance with JAFZA regulations, UAE HSE requirements, Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures, and statutory inspections.
Support emergency response activities, facility improvements, and business continuity requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of Facilities Management experience, including 4 years in a supervisory role.
UAE experience managing industrial, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or commercial facilities.
Previous JAFZA experience is a must.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire alarm/firefighting systems, BMS, generators, UPS, and preventive maintenance practices.
Experience with CMMS platforms, maintenance planning, and asset management.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of UAE HSE requirements and Permit-to-Work systems.

First Aid Certification
Fire Warden Training
