وصف الوظيفة – طبيب/استشاري متخصص في رعاية الأطفال المركّزة (PICU) الموقع: أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة القسم: طب الأطفال – وحدة رعاية الأطفال المركّزة (PICU) نوع التوظيف: دوام كامل الملخص الوظيفي نحن نسعى لإيجاد طبيب متخصص/استشاري متمرس في رعاية الأطفال المركّزة (PICU) للانضمام إلى مزود رعاية صحية رائد في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
سيقدم المرشح الناجح خدمات رعاية حرجة شاملة للحديثي الولادة، الرضع، الأطفال والمراهقين من ذوي الحالات الطبية والجراحية الخطرة.
سيعمل الطبيب بشكل تعاوني مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لتقديم رعاية مبنية على الأدلة وتركّز على الأسرة مع ضمان أعلى معايير سلامة المرضى والتميّز السريري والامتثال للوائح هيئة الصحة بدبي (DHA).
المسؤوليات الرئيسية تقييم وتشخيص وإدارة المرضى الأطفال الذين يعانون من أمراض حرجة وتوديعهم إلى وحدة العناية المركزة للأطفال (PICU).
تقديم دعم الحياة المتقدم وإدارة العناية الحرجة للاضطرابات التنفسية والقلبية والدقيقية والكلوية والاستقلابية والعدوى ومتعددة الأنظمة.
إدارة المرضى الذين يحتاجون إلى التهوية الميكانيكية، والتهوية غير الجراحية، والتهوية ذات التردد العالي، والدعم خارج الجسم (حيثما توفّر) .
إجراء والإشراف على إجراءات العناية المركزة، بما في ذلك التنبيب الرغامي، إدخال القسطرة الوريدية المركزية، وضع خط شرياني، إدراج أنبوب الصدر، البزل القطني، وغيرها من الإجراءات المعتمدة.
قيادة فرق الاستجابة السريعة وإعادة إنعاش الأطفال المصابين بأمراض حادة.
إدارة مرضى جراحة الأطفال ومرضى الإصابات ما بعد الجراحة الذين يحتاجون إلى رعاية مركزة.
التعاون عن كثب مع جراحة الأطفال، حديثي الولادة، أمراض قلب الأطفال، أمراض أعصاب الأطفال، طب الطوارئ، التخدير، الأمراض المعدية، العلاج التنفسي، والتمريض وفرق الرعاية الصحية المساعدة.
المشاركة في المناوبات متعددة التخصصات واجتماعات الأسرة وتخطيط الخروج.
الحفاظ على توثيق سريري دقيق وفق سياسات المستشفى والمعايير التنظيمية.
المشاركة في التدقيق السريري، اجتماعات Morbidity وMortality، مبادرات تحسين الجودة والتعليم الطبي المستمر (CME).
الإشراف والتوجيه للأطباء المبتدئين والمتدربين والزملاء والممرضين والمهنيين الصحيين المساعدين.
ضمان الامتثال لسلامة المرضى، الوقاية من العدوى، ومعايير الحوكمة السريرية.

زمالة أو شهادة مجلس في طب الرعاية المركزة للأطفال (PICU) من مجلس دولي معترف به (المجلس الأمريكي، المجلس الكندي، CCT، FRCPCH، المجلس العربي، الأسترالي أو ما يعادله).
حد أدنى 3–5 سنوات من الخبرة بعد التخصص للمستوى الاختصاصي أو 5–10 سنوات للمستوى الاستشاري، وفقًا لاستيفاء DHA.
الأهلية أو possessة ترخيص DHA كاختصاصي أو استشاري.
يشجع التقديم للمقبلين على الترخيص.
الشهادة الحالية في PALS (دعم الحياة المتقدم للأطفال) مطلوبة.
شهادات BLS وACLS مفضلة.
خبرة مثبتة في العناية الحرجة للأطفال، إدارة مجرى الهواء المتقدمة، التهوية الميكانيكية، الرصد Hemodynamics، وإنعاش الأطفال.
مهارات تواصل وقيادة واتخاذ قرار سريري مميزة.
الالتزام بتقديم رعاية عالية الجودة متمركزة حول المريض وبناءة على الأدلة.
الملف المرشح المفضل: المحترفون من فئة PQR Tier 1 وTier 2 سيعاملون بفضل.
يفضل الخبرة في مستشفيات معتمدة دولياً.
المرشحون الحاصلون على تراخيص في DHA (دبي)، DOH (أبوظبي)، أو MOHAP (الشارقة، عجمان، رأس الخيمة، الفجيرة، أم القيوين) مفضلون بشدة.
الخبرة الخليجية إضافة إيجابية.
الزمالة أو التخصص الإضافي في رعاية قلب الأطفال المركزة، ECMO للأطفال، إصابات الأطفال، تصوير الأوعية الدموية القلبية للطفل (POCUS)، عناية حرجة عصبية أطفال، أو تخدير الأطفال إضافية مفيدة.
تفضّل الخبرة في مستشفيات أطفال من الطور الثالث أو بيئات PICU متقدمة.
المشاركة النشطة في البحث السريري، مبادرات تحسين الجودة والتعليم الطبي مطلوب بشدة.

Job Description – Specialist/Consultant Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Department: Pediatrics – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Specialist/Consultant Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) physician to join a leading healthcare provider in Dubai, UAE.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive critical care services to neonates, infants, children, and adolescents with life-threatening medical and surgical conditions.
The physician will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations.
Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill pediatric patients admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
Provide advanced life support and critical care management for respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological, renal, metabolic, infectious, and multisystem disorders.
Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation, non-invasive ventilation, high-frequency ventilation, and extracorporeal support (where available).
Perform and supervise critical care procedures, including endotracheal intubation, central venous catheter insertion, arterial line placement, chest tube insertion, lumbar puncture, and other procedures as credentialed.
Lead rapid response and pediatric resuscitation teams for critically ill children.
Manage post-operative pediatric surgical and trauma patients requiring intensive care.
Collaborate closely with Pediatric Surgery, Neonatology, Pediatric Cardiology, Pediatric Neurology, Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, Infectious Diseases, Respiratory Therapy, and Nursing teams.
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, family meetings, and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Participate in clinical audits, morbidity and mortality meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and Continuing Medical Education (CME).
Supervise and mentor junior physicians, residents, fellows, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and clinical governance standards.

. Qualifications & Requirements MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
Completion of an accredited residency in Pediatrics.
Fellowship or Board Certification in Pediatric Intensive Care Medicine (PICU) from a recognized international board (American Board, Canadian Board, CCT, FRCPCH, Arab Board, Australian or equivalent).
Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience for Specialist level or 5–10 years for Consultant level , depending on DHA eligibility.
Eligibility for or possession of a DHA Specialist or Consultant License .
Candidates eligible for licensing are encouraged to apply.
Current certification in PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) is required.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in pediatric critical care, advanced airway management, mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and pediatric resuscitation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Preferred Candidate Profile PQR Tier 1 and Tier 2 qualified professionals will be given preference.
Experience working in internationally accredited hospitals is highly desirable.
Candidates with clinical experience in DHA (Dubai), DOH (Abu Dhabi), or MOHAP (Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain) licensed healthcare facilities are highly preferred.
GCC experience is an added advantage.
Fellowship or additional expertise in Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care, Pediatric ECMO, Pediatric Trauma, Pediatric Critical Care Ultrasound (POCUS), Pediatric Neurocritical Care, or Pediatric Sedation is an added advantage.
Experience in tertiary care children's hospitals or advanced PICU settings is preferred.
Active participation in clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and medical education is highly desirable.
