Supervise fabrication, maintenance, and shutdown activities at client sites.
Coordinate with Project Engineer, Client Representatives, QA/QC, and Safety teams.
Execute work according to approved drawings, method statements, and client requirements and ensure the work is completed within the required timelines,
Monitor structural steel fabrication and installation on works.
Supervise repair and replacement of steel structures, platforms, handrails, walkways, ducts, hoppers, and equipment supports.
Plan daily manpower, tools, consumables, and equipment.
Coordinate crane, forklift , and lifting activities.
Ensure proper material identification and traceability.
Monitor fabrication on quality before client inspection.
Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections.
Ensure compliance with client Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
Attend toolbox talks and daily coordination on meetings.
Prepare daily progress reports and manpower reports.
Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution.
Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with HSE regulations.
Support emergency maintenance and breakdown jobs.
Coordinate shutdown activities to minimize plant downtime.
Maintain project documentation and daily site records.
Ensure client satisfaction through quality workmanship.
