<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Supervise fabrication, maintenance, and shutdown activities at client sites. </p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Project Engineer, Client Representatives, QA/QC, and Safety teams. </p></li><li><p>Execute work according to approved drawings, method statements, and client requirements and ensure the work is completed within the required timelines,</p></li><li><p>Monitor structural steel fabrication and installation on works. </p></li><li><p>Supervise repair and replacement of steel structures, platforms, handrails, walkways, ducts, hoppers, and equipment supports. </p></li><li><p>Plan daily manpower, tools, consumables, and equipment. </p></li><li><p>Coordinate crane, forklift , and lifting activities. </p></li><li><p>Ensure proper material identification and traceability. </p></li><li><p>Monitor fabrication on quality before client inspection. </p></li><li><p>Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections. </p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with client Permit to Work (PTW) procedures. </p></li><li><p>Attend toolbox talks and daily coordination on meetings. </p></li><li><p>Prepare daily progress reports and manpower reports.</p></li><li><p>Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution. </p></li><li><p>Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with HSE regulations. </p></li><li><p>Support emergency maintenance and breakdown jobs.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate shutdown activities to minimize plant downtime. </p></li><li><p>Maintain project documentation and daily site records. </p></li><li><p>Ensure client satisfaction through quality workmanship.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering .</p></li><li><p>3-7 years of progressive experience in mechanical site supervision or engineering roles within the construction industry.</p></li><li><p>Aluminium Smelter Plant experience is preferred and an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in managing mechanical installations for projects in sectors such as oil &amp; gas, power generation, or industrial manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Possession of relevant professional certifications is advantageous.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
