As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by providing professional, personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism while providing attentive and personalized service.
• Present menus confidently and recommend food and beverage pairings based on guest preferences.
• Coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless service.
• Prepare and maintain table settings, buffets, and service stations to the highest standards.
• Accurately process guest orders and special requests using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage offerings.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures.
• Support daily opening, closing, and operational procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Professional appearance and exceptional attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
