As a Barista, you will prepare premium coffee beverages and provide warm, personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. • Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, juices, smoothies, and light food items following company standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and personalized service to every guest.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu and confidently recommend products based on guest preferences.
• Ensure all beverages and food items are prepared accurately and consistently.
• Support the preparation of signature beverages while maintaining premium presentation standards.
• Operate coffee machines and equipment, including daily calibration and maintenance checks.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate products following FIFO procedures, and ensure proper storage in accordance with food safety standards.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately while following cashiering procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene throughout the work area.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and contribute to a positive dining experience.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista within a luxury hotel, specialty café, or premium hospitality environment.
• Passion for specialty coffee and exceptional guest service.
• Experience operating professional espresso machines and coffee equipment.
• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene certification or training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
