Roles & Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Expertly clean, sand, strip, and repair fiberglass, wood, or metal surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion.

• Precision Mixing: Accurately mix marine-grade paints, primers, epoxies, and anti-fouling coatings according to manufacturer specifications for color, viscosity, and durability.

• Coating Application: Apply multi-layer coating systems using advanced techniques (spray, brush, or roller) to achieve high-gloss, defect-free finishes.

• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot spray guns, compressors, and mixing equipment to ensure performance and prevent contamination.

• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of finished surfaces to ensure compliance with marine industry standards and client specifications.

• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to environmental and safety regulations, including the proper handling of hazardous chemicals and the use of required PPE

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a marine or high-end industrial/automotive painter.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of marine coating systems

• Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using sanders, spray equipment, and surface evaluation tools.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to work in varying conditions, including confined spaces or at heights, for extended periods.

• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
