Roles & Responsibilities
Diagnose electrical and electronic faults in electric vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools.
Repair and maintain high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical systems.
Inspect, test, and troubleshoot EV batteries, charging systems, inverters, converters, and electric motors.
Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
Repair and replace wiring, sensors, controllers, relays, and electrical components.
Conduct battery health checks and identify performance issues.
Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.
Install and configure EV electrical accessories and components when required.
Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.
Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
Follow all workshop health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auto Electrician, preferably with Electric Vehicles.
Strong knowledge of EV electrical systems and high-voltage safety procedures.
Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment and software.
Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Technical diploma or certification in Automotive Electrical Systems or a related field.
