Roles & Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical and electronic faults in electric vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools.

• Repair and maintain high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical systems.

• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot EV batteries, charging systems, inverters, converters, and electric motors.

• Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.

• Repair and replace wiring, sensors, controllers, relays, and electrical components.

• Conduct battery health checks and identify performance issues.

• Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.

• Install and configure EV electrical accessories and components when required.

• Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.

• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.

• Follow all workshop health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auto Electrician, preferably with Electric Vehicles.

• Strong knowledge of EV electrical systems and high-voltage safety procedures.

• Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment and software.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Technical diploma or certification in Automotive Electrical Systems or a related field.
