The Role We're looking for a Junior Art Consultant with a passion for design, creativity, and an interest in art, materials, and interiors. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who has a keen eye for detail, enjoys developing creative ideas, and is eager to learn the art consultancy process.
You'll work closely with our Art Consultants, hotel clients, designers, and fabrication team, supporting projects from the initial brief through to installation while developing your skills in concept creation, artwork curation, and project coordination.
What You'll DoAssist in developing art narratives and concepts for hospitality projects Research, source, and curate artwork and artists suited to each project brief Support the selection of framing, materials, and finishes Assist with project timelines, documentation, supplier coordination, and procurement Help prepare presentations and mood boards for clients and stakeholders Liaise with designers, hoteliers, suppliers, and the fabrication team to support smooth project delivery Maintain project documentation, specifications, and artwork schedules
What You'll Bring A Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related creative field Up to 2 years of relevant experience (internships and freelance projects are welcome), or a recent graduate with a strong portfolio Strong design sensibility and a keen eye for detail Interest in art, framing, materials, and interior finishes Good organisational and time management skills Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with 3D software is an advantage
Nice to Have Internship or project experience in hospitality, interior design, art consultancy, or FF&EFamiliarity with regional artists, galleries, or suppliers A portfolio showcasing creative thinking, design projects, or artwork curation
