Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach includes five outlets options - from the beachfront Sea Fu restaurant to the rooftop Mercury Lounge, and it includes 237 Dubai luxury hotel rooms – including 49 suites – subtle Arabic design motifs blend with cool, contemporary style, featuring soft backgrounds of blue or green. What you will do

• Complete maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following hotels standard operating procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate sub meter, chemical treatment and engine room logs.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to any maintenance calls that arise either by the guest or other departments.
• Perform maintenance activities in the guest rooms and public areas including electrical equipment, plumbing and air conditioning.
• Communicate with different departments and provide them with information and assistance.
• Use your wits and technical abilities to solve problems and make repairs effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a daily logbook of work done during the shift.

What you bring

• Previous experience in this role within a 5 star luxury environment
• Technical knowledge and expertise to provide electrical and general repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers and associated equipment throughout the hotel
• Awareness of safe working practices
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated and passionate team
• Strong communication skills with a good level of written and spoken English
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours – includes shift working
