We are seeking a Project Controls/Planning Engineer to join a leading real estate developer in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, tracking progress, identifying potential delays, and supporting the successful delivery of residential and mixed-use developments. This engineer will work closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with project objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. • Track project progress and analyze schedule performance against the baseline. • Identify delays, assess schedule impacts, and recommend recovery plans. • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and presentations for management. • Review contractors' baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and progress updates. • Support project controls, planning, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. • 2-4 of planning experience within real estate developers, engineering consultants, or reputable main contractors. • Proven experience on residential, high-rise, mixed-use, or villa developments. • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (MS Project is an advantage). • Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills. • Good understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, and project controls. • Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills. • UAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred.
