التحكم في العمالة والنفقات التشغيلية من خلال الجدولة الفعالة، والميزنة، وقرارات الشراء، والجرد ومراقبة النقد.
الإشراف وتدريب الموظفين لتقديم خدمة مميزة.
مراقبة حالة المرافق والمعدات في المكان وتقديم توصيات للإصلاحات والتحسينات حسب الحاجة.
الإشراف على إدارة الجرد والرقابة على التكاليف.
ضمان الالتزام بلوائح سلامة الغذاء والنظافة.

What you will do:
Support the restaurant manager in managing daily operations.
Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
Supervise and train staff to deliver outstanding service.
Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
Oversee inventory management and cost control.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist in driving sales and promoting the restaurant.
What you bring:
Previous working experience in Dubai or the Middle East in a similar role.
Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a Mediterranean or fine dining setting.
Exposure to Michelin Star restaurant is an advantage.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of French cuisine and wine pairing.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in at least two international languages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
