المسؤوليات:
قيادة وإدارة فريق التصميم، وتوفير التوجيه الاستراتيجي وضمان تحقيق رؤية التصميم للمشروع.
الإشراف على دورة حياة المشروع كاملة، من التصميم المفاهيمي إلى IFC ودعم الأعمال، مع ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الدولية واللوائح المحلية.
إدارة وتنسيق عمليات إدارة مخاطر التصميم وتغيير الضوابط، لضمان تسليم المشروع بشكل فعال وكفء.
التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات، بما في ذلك المعماريين والمهندسين والمستشارين، لدمج عناصر التصميم وضمان نتيجة مشروع متماسكة.
مراجعة واعتماد وثائق التصميم، والتأكد من أنها تلبي متطلبات المشروع ومعايير الجودة.
تقديم خبرة إدارة التصميم للمشروعات السريعة القيمة وذات القيمة العالية، وتحسين العمليات والموارد.
التفاعل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة، وتمثيل خبرة التصميم الخاصة بالشركة والحفاظ على علاقات قوية.
البقاء مطلعًا على اتجاهات الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات والتقنيات الناشئة لتعزيز تصميم وتسليم المشروع.
توجيه وتطوير أعضاء فريق التصميم المبتدئين، وتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر ومشاركة المعرفة.
المؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة، مع تفضيل لدرجة الماجستير في تخصص ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في التصميم والهندسة، مع تركيز على المشاريع الضخمة والكبيرة.
لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور قيادي رفيع، مثل مدير، رئيس التصميم، أو مدير الهندسة في مشاريع كبيرة.
الشهادات المهنية مميزة، بما في ذلك PMP، RIBA، PE، LEED AP، أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة واسعة في بيئة PMC أو استشارات هندسية أو مطور بقيادة المشروع، مع فهم قوي لدورة حياة المشروع الكاملة.
معرفة عميقة بالمعايير الدولية والرموز والممارسات الفضلى، بالإضافة إلى اللوائح المحلية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
إثبات القدرة على قيادة وإدارة مشاريع معقدة متعددة التخصصات، مع سجل حافل في تسليم المشاريع بنجاح.
مهارات قيادية وتواصل وتعامل بين أشخاص ممتازة، مع القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية.

We are expanding our team and inviting highly skilled professionals to join us as a design director for a prominent mixed-use development project in the UAE. This role is integral to our success, offering an opportunity to lead and shape the design vision for a significant development. The design director will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project's success, working closely with our team and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional outcome.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design team, providing strategic direction and ensuring the project's design vision is realized.
Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept design to IFC and construction support, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.
Manage and coordinate design risk management and change control processes, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to integrate design elements and ensure a cohesive project outcome.
Review and approve design documents, ensuring they meet the project's requirements and quality standards.
Provide design management expertise for fast-track and high-value projects, optimizing processes and resources.
Engage with clients and stakeholders, representing the company's design expertise and maintaining strong relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the project's design and delivery.
Mentor and develop junior design team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering, with a master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in design and engineering, with a focus on large-scale and mega projects.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role, such as director, head of design, or engineering manager at large-scale developments.
Professional certifications are advantageous, including PMP, RIBA, PE, LEED AP, or equivalent.
Extensive experience in a PMC, engineering consultancy, or developer-led environment, with a strong understanding of full project lifecycles.
In-depth knowledge of international standards, codes, and best practices, as well as local authority regulations in the UAE.
Proven ability to lead and manage complex, multidisciplinary projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Proficiency in design management software and tools, with a willingness to stay updated on industry advancements.
