WE ARE HIRING PRO (PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER)
We need Experienced PRO (PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER) (minimum 2-3 years experience in company formation/business setup) with sound knowledge in Mainland/Free Zone and Offshore Company Setups in the UAE.
Responsible for the work outside internally connect with relevant departments, create various cooperation values.
Key Accountabilities:
Process all transactions with the highest quality (no errors), ensuring internal procedures are followed. Communicate with applicants when necessary. Communicate government entities' (local & federal) processes and requirements to internal and external stakeholders. Support Team Leaders and Senior Client Servicing Executives when needed. Provide feedback on process improvement to the line manager.
Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, license registration pertaining to employees, organization, and transportation in compliance with UAE government authorities. Prepare regular reports on the overall performance of the Public Relations activities and transactions. Act as the company's point of contact of the organizations related to any requirements government authorities. To execute and ensure smooth functioning of all PRO (legal / labour and Immigration) related activities of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
