نبحث عن مشرف مدني ذو خبرة واسعة في مشاريع التشطيبات الداخلية. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على أنشطة الموقع، وضمان جودة الأعمال، والتنسيق مع المقاولين من الباطن، وتسليم المشاريع بأمان وفي الموعد المحدد.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الإشراف على جميع أنشطة الهندسة المدنية والتشطيب الداخلي في موقع المشروع.
- تنسيق عمليات الموقع اليومية وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع والتأكد من الانتهاء وفق الجدول المخطط.
- إدارة وإشراف المقاولين من الباطن والعمال والفنيين في الموقع.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة وسياسات الشركة.
- إجراء فحوصات منتظمة للموقع والحفاظ على معايير الجودة.
- التنسيق مع مديري المشروع والمهندسين والمستشارين والعملاء.
- حل المشكلات الفنية في الموقع وتقديم تقارير تحديث المشروع.
- مراقبة استهلاك المواد والتأكد من توفر المواد المطلوبة في الوقت المناسب.
- إعداد تقارير يومية للموقع والحفاظ على وثائق المشروع.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير وتشريعات البناء في الإمارات العربية المتحدة

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with subcontractors, and delivering projects safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all civil and interior fit-out activities at the project site.
- Coordinate daily site operations and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the planned schedule.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors, labor, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and report project updates.
- Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
