الملف الشخصي المرغوب
خبرة mínimo 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في مطاعم الوجبات السريعة، QSR، أو الضيافة.
خبرة سابقة في دور إشرافي أو مساعد إداري.
معرفة قوية بعمليات المطاعم وإشراف الفريق.
خبرة في جداول الموظفين، ضبط المخزون، وخدمة العملاء.
فهم جيد لسلامة الغذاء، النظافة، ومعايير الجودة.
قيادة قوية، مهارات التواصل وحل المشكلات.
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.
Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor food quality, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Manage staff scheduling, shift allocation, attendance, and daily task assignments.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and proper storage of food items.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene standards.
Support the achievement of sales and operational targets.
Train, guide, and motivate team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fast-food, QSR, or hospitality restaurants.
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and team supervision.
Experience in staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
