استكشاف مشاكل ميكانيكية واتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية.
الصيانة للمحركات والضاغطات وال Bearings، ونواقل الحركة، ومكائن palletizers ومعدات التعبئة.
التعامل مع أنشطة الصيانة لتقنيات رئيسية، وماكينات multivac والأنظمة المساعدة.
مراقبة أداء الآلة وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.
استبدال أجزاء ميكانيكية معيبة وضمان محاذاة وتعديل صحيح للآلة.
دعم فريق الإنتاج أثناء إعداد الآلة وأنشطة التغيير.
الحفاظ على سجلات الصيانة والتقارير اليومية.
اتباع إجراءات السلامة ومعايير صيانة الشركة.
التنسيق مع مهندسي الخدمة الأصليين عند الحاجة
المرشح المثالي
خبرة مماثلة لمدة 2+ سنوات كفني صيانة.
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية - القراءة، الكتابة، الاستماع والمحادثة.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for manufacturing machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out corrective actions.
Maintain motors, pumps, bearings, conveyors, palletizers, and packaging equipment.
Handle maintenance activities for key technologies, multivac machines and auxiliary systems.
Monitor machine performance and improve operational efficiency.
Replace defective mechanical parts and ensure proper machine alignment and calibration.
Support production team during machine setup and changeover activities.
Maintain maintenance records and daily reports.
Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Coordinate with OEM service engineers when required
Desired Candidate Profile
2+ years of similar experience as a maintenance technician.
English language proficiency - Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking.
