What you will do

• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons standards.
• Maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Recommend drinks and provide insight into our diverse beverage selection.
• Collaborate with the team to curate new drink menus and promotions.

What you bring

• Previous 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end or luxury setting.
• Applicant must be aged 21 and above.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to create innovative and signature cocktails.
• Attention to detail and flair for presentation.
