Job Purpose

The position will support HVAC operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance activities across cleanrooms and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, and chilled water systems Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities Monitor HVAC parameters and report abnormalities Assist in filter replacement, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting Support cleanroom environmental compliance and GMP requirements Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams during shutdowns and maintenance activities Follow safety and pharmaceutical GMP procedures at all times

Education & Experience

Diploma / Technical qualification in Mechanical or HVAC field1–3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cleanroom facilities is preferred Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work in shifts if required

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of cleanroom HVAC systems Understanding of preventive maintenance practices Familiarity with c GMP environment is an advantage
