We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Safety Officer (Civil Construction) in Fujairah, UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Civil Construction sector seeking skilled and motivated safety professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.

• Monitor compliance with HSE standards and company safety policies.
  
• Conduct site safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
  
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports.
  
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness training.
  
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and client requirements.
  
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.
  
• Promote a strong safety culture across construction sites.
  

• HSE Standards & Regulations – Strong understanding of construction safety requirements.
  
• NEBOSH/IOSH Certification – Preferred professional safety qualification.
  
• Risk Assessment – Ability to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
  
• Construction Safety Management – Experience managing site safety activities.
  
• Incident Investigation – Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  

• Industrial safety experience.
  
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
  

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Construction, Industrial, or related sectors. Experience in implementing HSE systems, conducting safety audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance is essential. Candidates with Indian construction experience are also eligible to apply.

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
  
• Preferred: NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent certification
  
• Additional: Any recognised HSE certifications
