Job Title: BIM Modeler (4D/5D)

Location: UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi (AD)

Education Qualification:

·      Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering

Technical Skills & Competency:

·      Proven experience in 4D and 5D modelling using Synchro Pro

·      High proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; exposure to tools such as Rhinoceros is advantageous

·      Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for design collaboration and coordination

Total Experience:

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural / Structural 3D BIM Modelling

Requirements

• Exposure to theme park or large-scale entertainment projects (e.g. Miral projects) is highly preferred

• Demonstrated experience working on complex geometries and non-standard architectural forms (e.g. themed projects, organic shapes)

• Sound understanding of BIM processes, BIM Uses, and Asset Information Modelling (AIM)

• Practical understanding of materials, finishes, and construction detailing

• Proven ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors

• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

• Adaptable mindset with the ability to respond to evolving project requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models (Architectural / Structural) in accordance with project requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

• Produce and integrate 4D models using Synchro Pro, aligning construction sequencing with model data

• Generate 2D drawings and detailed documentation directly from BIM models, ensuring accuracy and coordination

• Embed and manage geometric and non-geometric data, including asset information in line with Asset Information Modelling requirements

• Coordinate and integrate models from multiple disciplines and subcontractors into a unified BIM environment

• Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for design collaboration and model coordination workflows

• Create and manage families, components, annotations, and parametric elements in line with required Levels of Development (LOD)

• Develop complex geometries, including organic shapes and themed architectural elements, ensuring buildability

• Perform regular model checks, clash detection, and quality control to maintain model integrity

• Support BIM Coordinator in maintaining modelling standards, naming conventions, and data structures

• Contribute to coding, naming, and numbering protocols for BIM platforms and worksets

• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure alignment and coordination

• Review materials, finishes, and detailing within the model, proposing practical and cost-effective alternatives where required
