تحديد احتياجات العمل والمعدات والنقل بما يتماشى مع الجدول الزمني للمشروع.
مراجعة وثائق المشروع، بما في ذلك الرسومات والمواصفات وجدول الكميات وشروط العقد.
إعداد جداول البناء بما يتماشى مع أهداف إكمال المشروع.
الحفاظ على البرنامج الأساسي المعتمد.
إجراء زيارات ميدانية يومية لتقييم التقدم.
تحديث الجدول اليومي بناءً على ظروف الموقع الحالية.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير التقدم اليومية للعميل.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير التقدم أسبوعياً وشهرياً.
إنشاء منحنيات S من البرنامج المعتمد والحفاظ على النسخ كما-built.
المشاركة في اجتماعات مراجعة التقدم الأسبوعية مع مدير المشروع لتحديد ومعالجة التأخيرات.
حضور اجتماعات مراجعة تقدم المشروع مع العميل.
التنسيق الوثيق مع فريق تنفيذ الموقع.
مراقبة وتنسيق جميع أنشطة المقاولين من الباطن.
التنسيق مع قسم التخطيط لدى العميل خلال تنفيذ المشروع.
متابعة وتقرير تقدم المقاولين من الباطن يومياً.
الحفاظ على وتحديث برامج العطاء والتقديمات الفنية.
إدارة مطالبات الوقت وحفظ الوثائق ذات الصلة.
أداء واجبات أخرى ذات صلة كما يحددها مدير التقارير.
المؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (مدني)
دبلوم دراسات عليا في مهارات/معرفة إدارة المشاريع:
إتقان تفسير الرسومات والمواصفات وجدول الكميات
مهارة في برامج التخطيط مثل Primavera P3، P3.1، P6، وMS Project (2003 و2007)
فهم عميق لطريقة المسار الحرج (CPM) في إدارة الإنشاءات
القدرة على إنشاء مخططات الشبكة يدويًا وحساب البدء المبكر، والانتهاء المبكر، والبدء المتأخر، والانتهاء المتأخر، ومدة العوم الإجمالية
معرفة طريقة رسم العلاقات الهرمية (PDM) وطريقة مخطط الأسهم (ADM)
إتقان أدوات MS Office مثل Excel وWord
الاطلاع على شروط عقد FIDIC (الكتاب الأحمر – إصدار 1999) وشروط العقد القياسية لسلطنة عمان

Desired Candidate Profile
Key Outputs: The Planning Engineer is responsible for:
Identify labour, plant, and transportation requirements in line with project schedule.
Review project documents, including drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract conditions.
Prepare construction schedules to align with project completion targets.
Maintain the approved baseline programme.
Conduct daily site visits to assess progress.
Update the schedule daily based on current site conditions.
Prepare and issue daily progress reports to the client.
Prepare and issue weekly and monthly progress reports.
Generate S-Curves from the approved programme and maintain as-built versions.
Participate in weekly progress review meetings with the Project Manager to identify and address delays.
Attend client progress review meetings.
Coordinate closely with the site execution team.
Monitor and coordinate all subcontractor activities.
Liaise with the client’s planning department during project execution.
Track and report subcontractor progress daily.
Maintain and update tender programmes and technical submissions.
Manage time claims and maintain related documentation.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil)
Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management Skills/Knowledge:
Proficient in interpreting drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Skilled in planning software such as Primavera P3, P3.1, P6, and MS Project (2003 & 2007)
In-depth understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) in construction management
Ability to manually create network diagrams and calculate Early Start, Early Finish, Late Start, Late Finish, and Total Float
Knowledge of Precedence Diagramming Method (PDM) and Arrow Diagramming Method (ADM)
Proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel and Word
Familiar with FIDIC Conditions of Contract (Red Book – 1999 edition) and Oman’s Standard Conditions of Contract
Willingness to adopt international best practices in Earned Value Management, involving collaboration across departments
Good awareness of company Quality and HSE policies and procedures
