• Conduct thorough inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Identify and report any defects, hazards, or non-conformities in scaffolding systems, including structural integrity and stability.
• Verify that all scaffolding is erected, dismantled, and modified by competent persons according to approved plans and safety standards.
• Document inspection findings, including photographic evidence, and prepare detailed reports for site management and relevant authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a valid certification in scaffolding inspection (e.g., CISRS, OSHA Scaffold Competent Person) to demonstrate expertise.

• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding operations or inspection within the construction industry.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of various scaffolding types (e.g., tube and coupler, system, mobile towers) and their erection principles.

• Exhibit excellent technical knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations (e.g., Indian Standards, international codes).

  ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred

  ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable

  ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
