نظرة عامة على الدور: سيعمل المرشح الناجح ضمن بيئة سريرية تعاونية متعددة التخصصات إلى جانب جراحة الأعصاب وأخصائيي الأشعة والفيزيائيين وعلماء التأهيل والممرضين وغيرهم من العاملين الصحيين المساعدين، بدعم من مرافق تشخيصية متقدمة تشمل التصوير العصبي، الفيزيولوجيا العصبية، وبنية علاج حديثة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية • تشخيص وإدارة مجموعة واسعة من الحالات العصبية بما في ذلك السكتة الدماغية، الصرع، الصداع، اضطرابات الحركة، الاعتلالات العصبية، الأمراض العصبية التنكسية، وغيرها من الاضطرابات العصبية.
• إجراء تقييمات عصبية شاملة، وتطوير خطط علاج فردية، وتقديم إدارة طبية قائمة على الأدلة.
• تفسير التحقيقات العصبية بما فيها الرنين المغناطيسي، الأشعة المقطعية، EEG، EMG/NCS، وغيرها من التقييمات التشخيصية ضمن نطاق الممارسة.
• إدارة العروض العصبية الحادة، وتقديم الإحالات المناسبة، وتنسيق الرعاية طويلة الأجل للحالات العصبية المزمنة.
• التعاون مع جراحة الأعصاب، الأشعة، التأهيل، العلاج الطبيعي، والتخصصات الأخرى لضمان رعاية مرضى شاملة متعددة التخصصات.
• تقديم الإرشاد للمرضى بخصوص التشخيص وخيارات العلاج وسلامة الأدوية وتعديل أساليب الحياة وإدارة الأمراض على المدى الطويل.
• الحفاظ على الامتثال لمعايير توثيق سريرية، بروتوكولات سلامة المرضى، إجراءات الوقاية من العدوى، والتوجيهات الدولية للجودة والحوكمة السريرية.

JOB TITLE: Specialist Neurologist – UAE LOCATION: UAE EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time SECTOR: Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Group ABOUT THE ROLE A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its neurology and neurological care services and is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Neurologist to join its growing clinical team.

ROLE OVERVIEW The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment alongside neurosurgeons, radiologists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals, supported by advanced diagnostic facilities including neuroimaging, neurophysiology, and modern treatment infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological conditions including stroke, epilepsy, headaches, movement disorders, neuropathies, neurodegenerative diseases, and other neurological disorders.
• Perform comprehensive neurological assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based medical management.
• Interpret neurological investigations including MRI, CT scans, EEG, EMG/NCS, and other diagnostic assessments within the scope of practice.
• Manage acute neurological presentations, provide appropriate referrals, and coordinate long-term care for chronic neurological conditions.
• Collaborate with neurosurgery, radiology, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and other specialties to ensure comprehensive multidisciplinary patient care.
• Provide patient counselling regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medication safety, lifestyle modifications, and long-term disease management.
• Maintain compliance with clinical documentation standards, patient safety protocols, infection prevention measures, and international quality and clinical governance guidelines.
